Hey guys! It has come to my attention -by the number of notes in the last couple of days- that something has changed I assume in the Blogger template layout, or coding, because several of the templates are showing errors when trying to be uploaded. And not the common issues that always existed, but new errors, like when Blogger directly shows an ERROR PAGE and tells you to let Blogger know about it with a code.
I am in no way a coder, so my knowledge is limited. I honestly try my best to share some Birdie with everyone. However, as soon as I have some free time I’ll try to review the different themes to see if I can update them. As soon as this happens, I’ll let you know!!! But keep an eye on the blog if you tried to update a theme, couldn’t and still want to try if possible!

PS. I think at some point I’ll start looking for a partner for the template designs. Someone that knows more about coding so I can focuse better on making better-looking templates, with less errors!

Goodness, I thought I was just not computer savvy enough to figure it out! Well, it gives me hope now- I so love the template and hope the errors get fixed soon. It would look so perfect on my blog. You are an amazing artist!

hi,
i had this error too while trying to change a new blog skin/template.
i think there’s error with the blogger service/server because i changed my blogskin to one of the Birdie’s recently.
So, just give it a few hours or so, and try it again. It worked for me.

Oh dear… no wonder i am not able to change my template design. I wanted so so much to use your Birdie’s Good Life design, but they just dont show up after several tries. Saddening, cus that design was what i EXACTLY wanted!

Hi!
I love your templates and would like to use one for my blog. I have downloaded the template, and when I try to “browse” (I clicked on the the file/linke I downloaded) it it says something like the XLM- page won’t show/The server did not understand the request, or the request was invalid. Am I doing something wrong, or is there an error with the XLM-page. I have tried several templates with the same result.

I too, have the same error but i just clicked “revert to classic template” at the bottom of the Edit Template HTML page and all is fine now!!~: D

Hello Dear,
I just want to thank you for spending all this time and effort to suffice some people’s needs! I’ve been dying to change my layout since last year but failed to do so. I don’t know the quirks and dos when it comes to html and css codes. So thanks again again for sharing your talent 
As to some of the errors with regards to downloading the codes, I had that similar problem when I first tried to upload it. But in some sort of miracle, my fourth futile try worked! I can’t remember how I did but the codes just popped out in my screen. And so now, I am using one of your designs for my blog (http://designerleash.blogspot.com/). So adorable and cute. Thanks again and best of luck with everything.
