New 3col Theme / New Giveaway?

EN – Yes yes, I wanted to let you know that the Oh my Lace! Blogger template is available again!! And with 3 columns this time!! So you can grab it in the Free Blogger Templates page!! Please, as always, report any errors in the theme’s post I promess as soon as I have some free time I’ll take a look at them!!

ES - Si si, quería que supiesen que ya está disponible de nuevo para descargar la plantilla Oh my Lace! para Blogger!! Y ahora tiene 3 columnas!! Sí sí, muchos me lo habían pedido así que bueno aquí está Se la pueden descargar en la página Free Blogger Templates del menú superior!! Y como siempre, si le encuentran errores repórtenlos en la entrada propia de la plantilla y prometo intentar solucionarlos ni bien tenga tiempo libre!!

Important news to those relinking my templates

Ey guys! Lately I have seen my templates reuploaded everywhere on the web. I don’t mind if you add my works to your collections, but I would like to ask you to post the preview, credit me as Author, and in the Download link either link the people to my Free Templates page or to the template’s own post. And why this? Because I like to keep updating my templates, and also I like to offer support to them, and when you offer OLD versions in your sites you keep spreading templates that aren’t updated, and probably have errors I already fixed, and that people complains about here (even when they have been already fixed).

So please, do this, and do not send people straight to the files either, because to prevent this I often rename them, so your users will get errors on the download links.

If you have any questions about this, contact me. I don’t mind people linking me and me linking them back, etc. But it has to remain fair, and not just for us, but for the people using my templates. Hope you understand.

Happier News: A new Giveaway?

EN - Yes yes yes!! I will be having a new giveaway soon. However, I was suggested to make it a bit more insteresting than linking stuff, and this means putting your creativity to test, so I am open to suggestions!! Do you have any ideas about what the competition could be about? The prize this time, I think, would be a free CUSTOM blog design for the winner!! So please, please, leave your suggestions for the contest topic in the comments area!!!

Pero esta vez me pidieron que fuera más interesante, más como un concurso, y no sólo relinkear cosas, sino poner vuestra creatividad a competir!! Así que acepto sugerencias, ¿alguna idea acerca de cómo podría ser el concurso esta vez? Por favor si las tienen déjenlas en los comentarios!! Esta vez el premio va a ser un diseño A MEDIDA gratis para el blog del ganador/a!!! Así que empiecen a sugerir!!

    or maybe you can let people to write some article. give topic like–what do you like the most about giselejaquenod’s blog? the most creative will win

    love the new idea behind the next giveaway.

    I think if you want to promote your shop/blog by the giveaway you can arrange a review writing contest, then choose the best as winner.

    Or you could let the readers design a new character and add to your birdie gang.

    Or you could hold a contest for determining the theme for you next free blogger template.

    Or you could giveaway the free template whoever gives you the best idea on this post(oh..pick me!pick me!)

    yeah.. i like farah’s idea of designing a new character. or maybe design is too complicated for beginners, so instead maybe you can ask people to describe the character they’d like you to create in the future. hehe

    or maybe you could come up with a photo contest. for example, let’s choose bird as the theme, so ask people to take pictures with birds and post it in their blog. n maybe you could ask them to write a review of the picture and why they should win the prize

    oh yeah, i forgot to mention. i also like the idea of whoever gives you the best idea for this post will win the prize(pick me, don’t pick farah! haha j/k)

    EN – What do you guys thinking a “Tutorial Contest”. Each person to participate writes a tutorial about whatever they do best (a recipe, a craft, etc.)
    ES – Qué piensan de un concurso sobre escribir un tutorial (instructivo). Cada persona que participa escribe uno sobre algo que sepa hacer muy bien (una receta, un tipo de arte manual, etc.).

    Hola que maravilloso el concurso!! jeje me gustaría mucho participar denuevo. Quizás como sugerencia rápida -lo que se me viene a la menta ahora- es dar ideas de un nuevo diseño de Birds, como los de los tazones, pero uno nuevo hecho por fans jeje. Sería entretenido aunque sea el bosquejo, ya que la artista eres tú jeje.

    usually, people ask readers to design a birthday card. when is your birthday? hehe

    My birthday is next Sept. 29th. If I was to make a tutorial contest tho I’d put rules to it, I mean there would be steps to follow, but not a theme, coz the idea is we can gather a lot of tutorials to do cute things

    Hola!! La idea del mini tutorial de algo que sabe hacer a la perfección uno mismo me parece genial.. A mi me encanta hacer manualidades asi que haria el tutorial sobre ello.. Por cierto, quiero que le eches un vistazo a mi blog, he puesto una template tuya y he de decir que a todos mis visitantes les encanta..     As always, Gis, the great giveaways just keep coming with you. I think tutorials would be simply wonderful, it’s so versatile.

    You could also have your (participating) blog readers help you create a draft design for one -or more- of your products, such as designs for the mugs, Tees, buttons or any other one of your products by simply sketching them out by hand or drawing online and such.

    The designs don’t need to be final, of course that’s up to you. But if you find an idea you love, it would be something new & refreshing to be added into your Birdie Says collection.

    What I’d love more than your Will Work For Tea mug would be a custom design for my blog *dreams* That would be heavenly.

    I would like to see more animals, like hedgehog, rabbit, turtle, and deer, those are very lovely animals, and I would like to see a blog filled with little fairies, may be tree fairies, flower fairies, or garden fairies, they are very adorable. well… just a suggestion!
