EN – BX-xxxx errors have become a common issue with Blogger. If you have experienced this, there’s a few options to try out:

1) Clearing cookies.

Take a look at this post by Amanda; as she says, we experience this issue with our own templates, templates that have always worked and suddenly not anymore.

ES – Los errores BX-xxxx se han convertido en algo de todos los días con Blogger. Si están teniendo este problema, hay un par de opciones para intentar:

1) Limpiar cookies.

Aquí cito y los reenvío a un post de Amanda; como ella dice, hemos experimentado este problema con templates que funcionaron siempre, y de pronto parecen fallar. Por si no entienden inglés, también pueden seguir esta guía en español de cómo limpiar los cookies y el cache.

En síntesis lo que plantea es que borrar cookies no funciona siempre, entonces podemos modificar los nombres de los elementos del blog. Prometo traducir este post cuando tenga tiempo!! Pero espero mientras que puedan solucionar todo!!

EN - Ey guys a super short post! If you template images are missing don’t panic!! Imageshack is not working too good today and that’s why. It should be fixed in a couple of hours. If you see this problem persists, LET ME KNOW!! I might need to change the image hoster (have suggestions for another one?)

ES – Hola a todos! Un mensajito super rápido para decirles que si no ven las imágenes de sus plantillas no entren en pánico!! Es Imageshack andando mal, para variar!! Se debería resolver en un par de horas. Si siguen viendo este error mucho tiempo más avísenme. Puede ser que tenga que cambiar el hosting de imágenes!!! (alguna sugerencia?)

EN - Oh yeaaaah! A quick post to let you all know I am already working on a Halloween theme!! Oh yeaaah! I promess I’ll try to make it available soon enough, and both for Blogger and WordPress!!

I have been wanting to do a Halloween theme since last year! So this year it will finally happen!! Probably I will also design Halloween goodies to add to my store Specially new buttons!!

Also, I didn’t want to let this post past without showing you my new additions to the Birdie Says line: “Cupcake Lover”!!! Tell me what you think!!!

ES – Sí!! Otra entradita, y esta muy rápida, para contarles que estoy trabajando en un template de Halloween!!! Sí!!! Y les promero que trataré de ponerlo disponible muy pronto y tanto para Blogger como para WordPress!!

Desde el año pasado que quiero hacer un theme de Halloween, pero bueno nunca sucedió, y ahora finalmente estoy en eso!!! También seguramente agregue cositas de Halloween a mi tiendita Especialmente pins e imanes!!

Tampoco quería dejar pasar este post sin mostrarles algunas de mis nuevas adiciones a la línea Birdie Says: “Cupcake Lover”!!! Diganme qué les parecen!!!

EN - Yes a new free template for Blogger!! And as promised before, Autumn themed!! This time the theme, is not 3 columns, but actually 4!!! Because on top of the two columns sidebar there’s a widget area for full width widgets!! So I hope you like it!!!

ES – Sí, sí!! Un nuevo template gratis para Blogger!! Y como ya prometí antes, con tema otoñal!! Y esta vez el tema no es de 3 columnas, sino 4 en realidad!! Porque por encima de las dos columnas de la derecha hay una área extra para widgets que pueden tener el ancho completo de las dos columnas!!! Así que espero que les guste!!!

How to install / Cómo instalar

1. Unzip the file you downloaded / Descomprime el archivo .zip
2. Log in to Blogger dashboard / Logueate en tu Panel de Blogger
3. Go to your blog’s Layout –> Edit HTML / Ir a Plantilla -> Edición de HTML
4. Click the button “Browse” / Clickea en el botón “Examinar”
5. Browse the XML file you have saved and upload it / Busca en tu computadora el archivo XML que acabas de descomprimir y clickea “Subir”
6. You are done! / Listo!

Important news to those relinking my templates

Ey guys! Lately I have seen my templates reuploaded everywhere on the web. I don’t mind if you add my works to your collections, but I would like to ask you to post the preview, credit me as Author, and in the Download link either link the people to my Free Templates page or to the template’s own post. And why this? Because I like to keep updating my templates, and also I like to offer support to them, and when you offer OLD versions in your sites you keep spreading templates that aren’t updated, and probably have errors I already fixed, and that people complains about here (even when they have been already fixed).

So please, do this, and do not send people straight to the files either, because to prevent this I often rename them, so your users will get errors on the download links.

If you have any questions about this, contact me. I don’t mind people linking me and me linking them back, etc. But it has to remain fair, and not just for us, but for the people using my templates. Hope you understand.
