EN - Ay ay ay rain won’t stop!! And I want snow!!! It snowed for about 15 minutes today, and I have to say for an argentinian heart is more than enough to get excited

But December is almost here and I have to start planning for my Christmas gift on the limited budget of living now in a place where things cost 10 times more hehe. Complicated!!

So I am looking to do some online shopping for this Christmas I think, and I am looking for any suggestions you might have!!

So far, I have found some beautiful little online shops with gorgeous things, from around the web, let’s see…

ES - Ay ay ay la lluvia que no para!! Y yo quiero nieve!! Hoy nevó por aproximadamente 15 minutes, y debo decir que es más que suficiente para que mi corazón argentino se emocione

Pero Diciembre está aquí nomás y tengo que buscar ya mis regalos de Navidad, en el presupuesto limitado de quien se ha mudado a un país donde las cosas cuestan 10 veces más. Complicado!!

EN - So as you might understand, I believe that if I move from the southern hemisphere to Norway, I DESERVE snow on Christmas I am serious about it. But since I live now pretty south in Norway, there’s still not real snow in sight… buaaaa! Porsgrunn is looking a bit cloudy and gray, lots os rain lately. I wanted to take some pictures from around, to show you, but since the weather has been kinda ugly, it’s not really joyride-photo like hehhee… So I will share with you some pictures, but they are old. I took them on the first Christmas I spent here, in December 2004 (from our car moving), to show my family what did Porsgrunn look like.

ES - Así que como pueden entender, yo creo que si me mudo desde el hemisferio sur a Noruega MEREZCO nieve en Navidad De verdad. Pero como vivo bastante al sur en Noruega ahora, no hay realmente aún chances de que la consiga parece… buaaaaaaaa…. Porsgrunn está nublado y gris, con mucha lluvia. Quería sacar unas fotos de los alrededores para mostrarles, pero como el clima está tan feo, realmente no dan ganas de andar de paseo fotográfico. Así que voy a compartir con ustedes algunas fotos, pero viejas… Las tomé la primer Navidad que pasé en Noruega, en Diciembre de 2004 (desde el auto en movimiento), para mostrarle a mi familia cómo era Porsgrunn.

EN – Oh yes We had a little trip with Ole’s family to visit his grandma that lives about 4 hours north from here You can imagine if you go north in Norway in winter, there’s more winter to see hihihi… Well it was beautiful, because it was soooo snowy And where we live now it’s not snowing yet -but it will soon I hope-. It was just 2 days but I got Ole to take some pictures (he takes amazing photos really!)

So here a couple of photos I wanted to share with you! Just in case you don’t know Norway is beautiful!! See if you can find me in one of the photos!!

ES – Si si si Hicimos un pequeño viajecito con la familia de Ole para visitar a su abuelita que vive 4 horas al norte de aquí. Se imaginan que si uno viaja al norte en Noruega en invierno, hay más invierno para ver!! jijiji Bueno, estuvo precioso el viaje, especialmente porque estaba todo muy nevado Y donde vivimos ahora no ha nevado aún -pero va a nevar pronto espero-. Fueron solo dos días pero logré que Ole sacar algunas fotos  (él saca fotos preciosas realmente!)

Así que aquí les dejo unas fotos que quería compartir Por si acaso no saben que Noruega es bellísima Fijense si me pueden encontrar en una de ellas!!

EN – Oh yes I arrived a few days ago, Wednesday to be precise, to Norway. The trip was long, and we arrived without luggage, but that got fix by Thursday luckily… That’s what happens when your connection is just so damn close to your arrival!! Heheehe… Things are starting as a holiday for now, since we don’t have our own place yet, and I don’t even have a computer!! Hihihi, but well, we hope to get everything solved soon

On my arrival there was several boxes waiting for me here Some things I expected since I had ordered them, like a bunch of prints from deviantart’s last free shipping promo (as well as some Birdie mugs), but there was also other boxes with some wonderful goodies, that I want to share now with you!!!

ES – Ay si, llegué finalmente hace unos días, el Miércoles para ser precisa, a Noruega. El viaje fue largo y llegamos sin equipaje, pero por suerte eso estuvo resuelto ya para el Jueves… Y bueno, eso es lo que pasa cuando la conexión está tan seguida del primer vuelo!! Las valijas no alcanzan a llegar al avión!!! Jejeje Las cosas están comenzando como si fuesen unas pequeñas vacaciones, porque aún no tenemos un lugar propio, ni yo tengo computadora!!! Pero bueno, esperamos que todo se resuelva bien prontito!!

Cuando llegué, me esperaban aquí variaaas cajas De algunas cosas ya sabía porque yo las había encargado, como varios prints de deviantart (de cuando el envío estuvo gratis), así como también una tazas de Birdie… pero había tmabién otras cajas con bellas cosas dentro, que quiero compartir con ustedes

EN – So, what’s next? Well, I will be working normally again in a couple of days I hope, when we are a bit more settled, so I will be able to answer all the emails and finish a couple of projects that got delayed because of my move (like Laura’s blog!!). Comissions will reopen, and I will be also having a new blog design contest for the holidays, as well as some new free templates Yes!!

I also hope to have some more news and photos soon to share with you The holiday season is already ON in Norway, as oppositte to Argentina, so I will probably be getting on that mood too hihihi and sharing some stuff of our Christmas preparations with you And of course I WILL BE LEARNING NORWEGIAN NOW!!! So I am open to book suggestions if any of you guys have any hehehhe! Hugs everyone!!!

ES – Entonces, ¿qué sigue ahora? Bueno, espero estar trabajando normalmente en un par de días, cuando esté más asentada, y tendré tiempo de responder todos los emails y terminar algunos proyectos que quedaron congelados en mi mudanza (como el blog de Laura). Voy a volver a tomar pedidos de diseños de blog, y voy a estar organizando un concurso por un diseño de blog para las fiestas, así como también subiendo nuevos templates gratuitos espero

También intentaré tener más noticias y fotos pronto para compartir La temporada navideña está a toda marcha aquí en Noruega en oposición a Argentina, así que probablemente entre pronto en el modo Navidad y tenga cosas para compartir con ustedes de los preparativos Y por supuesto VOY A ESTAR ESTUDIANDO NORUEGO!! EN – Weeeheee It was my birthday yesterday, and what a great day it was!! Yes yes I turned 27, and even when I will have a birthday party on saturday, I had some visitors over, that passed by to say hi, and share some cake with birthday candles, empanadas and freshly made sushi (This because Ole is crazy and wanted to make some sushi right on the spot).

ES – Wooohoo Ayer fui mi cumpleaños y fue un día maravilloso!! Sí, cumplí finalmente 27, y aunque voy a tener fiesta de cumpleaños este próximo sábado, tuve algunos visitantes, que pasaron a saludar, y comer un poco de torta de cumpleaños, empanadas, y sushi recién hecho (esto porque Ole está loco y quiso hacer sushi en el momento).
