EN - So finally I am back Yesss I had a few exams left and since I am moving I had REALLY to take care of them It’s done now, and I am so so happy

But let’s pass to more proper news Since I am back I’ll try to go trough the emails I am sorry I haven’t answered many of you but I haven’t been this stressed since I don’t know really… yesterday when I got back home after everything ended, I SLEPT Oh yeaaah!!

In the coming back spirit, and since my birthday is so close (next September 29th I’ll be 27), I decided to have a little giveaway It’s a simple yet creative giveaway And the winner will get to pick between a Birdie Says mug and a custom header/banner design (sorry, not a full blog design this time, just because I really don’t have the time to fit it in, but there will be another full design giveaway this year)

En otras noticias, como estoy de nuevo online les cuento que voy a estar tratando de contestar los emails Siento mucho no haberles respondido a muchos de ustedes, pero no estaba tan estresada desde no sé cuando realmente…. Ayer cuando volví a casa una vez que todo terminó, DORMÍ… jaja muchísimooo

EN - So many things over the last couple of weeks!!!

Many of you maybe don’t really remember or know, but I live in Argentina, and it’s winter around here… And not just any winter… This last weeks have been crazy crazy cold for my area, almost to the point of snowing in places where it hasn’t snowed in many many years… Crazy!! With that, well, comes the common cold, plus as I had told in a previous post, an insane swine flue virus going around here. Argentina is the second country in number of deaths with swine flue, and since its winter, it is extra contangious. So you don’t have to panic, but you have to take extra precautions with the cold weather and all.

Luckily stuff is resolving around here and for me too. I have been a bit sick for a few days, NOT THE FLUE LUCKILY, but like stomach sick; and also have had barely any internet connection, which made it almost impossible to open pages or even gmail. You can’t imagine my frustration. Without internet there’s so many things I can’t do!!! But today a friend came over and fixed it all Wooohoooo A normal internet connection feels like the speed of light to me now So I will be answering well emails and questions, as well as uploading a new free blog template really soon Thanks so much for staying around and having me patience with the answering!!

In other news, the moving is planned for end of November / beginning of December, so we have started to sell the few things we have to gather some money. CDs, DVDs, some furniture and such @_@ it feels so good to clean up the appartment!! We don’t have much but well, we can’t take it with us either, so it’s all moving out of here!! I really like cleaning up, giving away things!

ES – ¡¡Tantas cosas han pasado últimamente!!

Muchos de ustedes quizá no lo sepan o recuerden, pero vivo en Argentina, y es invierno por aquí… Pero no es cualquier invierno… Estas últimas semanas han sido increíblemente heladas en mi rea, al punto de que ha nevado en lugares en lo que no nevaba hace muchos años. ¡Una locura!! Con eso, por supuesto, vienen los resfríos, además del terrible virus de la gripe porcina que anda dando vueltas. Argentina ya es el segundo país en número de muertes por el virus, y como es invierno está extra contagioso. No hay que entrar en pánico pero hay que tomar precauciones con el clima tan helado de los últimos tiempos.

Por suerte las cosas han ido mejorando, también para mi. he estado un poquito enferma por unos días, NO CON LA GRIPE POR SUERTE, sino del estómago; y además casi sin conexión de internet, lo que volvió casi imposible abrir páginas o incluso gmail. No se imaginan mi frustración. Sin internet hay tantas cosas que no puedo hacer!! Pero bueno, hoy un amigo pasó de visita y lo solucionó todo!! Wooohoooo Una conexión de internet normal ahora me parece de la velocidad de la luz Así que ahora podré ponerme a contestar los emails y las preguntas, así como publicar algunos tempates gratuitos nuevos muy pronto Gracias por quedarse por acá y tenerme paciencia con los emails!!

En otras noticias, como la mudanza está planeada para fines de Noviembre / principios de Diciembre, tenemos que comenzar a vender cosas para ahorrar un poco de dinero. CDs, DVDs, algunos muebles @_@ Me encanta la sensación de ir vaciando el departamento!! No tenemos mucho, pero tampoco podemos llevárnoslo a Noruega, así que hay que sacar todo de aquí!!!

EN - THE FLUE IS HERE! Yes it is… Argentina is the 3rd country in number of deaths due to the swine flue, how much fun So well, as usual, measurements have been taken but in the craziest possible way… Finally the schools are all closed now, so the winter holiday for students was extended to 4 weeks, but we still have to use this 2 weeks for corrections, so we had to move it all online! Yes yes, my inbox is ever more flooded than before… and to add to that MY INTERNET DOES NOT REALLY WORK Pages won’t load, ftp won’t connect, etc.etc… So once more, sorry for the lack of updates, and sorry for the delayed email replies. Please don’t hesitate to re-write me if you think I might have lost track of your email.

On a positive note, the winner from the Birdie Scripted contest finally contacted me, so she will be receiving her price soon I am also working on the sketch for the winner of the Blog Revamp contest more news on that soon!!

ES - ¡LA GRIPE ESTÁ AQUÍ! Sip, Argentina ahí en el ranking con los países con más muertos por gripe porcina, que diver Así que bueno, como siempre las medidas que se han tomado han sido lo más caóticas posibles… Finalmente las escuelas (y universidades) han cerrado, así que el receso invernal se ha extendido a 4 semanas, pero aún así nosotros tenemos que aprovechar estas dos próximas semanas para hacer correcciones, así que movimos la clase online! Sí, sí, mi bandeja de emails está aún más inundada que antes, y para sumar a eso, MI INTERNET NO FUNCIONA REALMENTE… Las páginas no abren, los ftp n conectan, etc.etc… Así que una vez más, lo siento mucho la falta de noticias, y más aún por las atrasadas respuestas de email. Por favor no duden en reescribirme si creen que puedo haber perdido rastro de su email.

Como nota positiva les puedo contar que finalmente me pude comunicar con la ganadora de Birdie Scripted, que finalmente estará recibiendo su premio en estos días… Además estoy trabajando en el boceto para la ganadora del Maquillaje de blog así que habrá más noticias de ello a la brevedad!!
